I also started on a different platform (Mailchimp), but after a couple of weeks, I moved to Substack. I love how simple and intuitive the platform is. It makes it easy for people to write, share ideas, and connect with other great creators.
I started writing my newsletter back in September 2024 as well with the goal of helping engineers become proactive leaders.
Being a proactive engineer has significantly influenced my career by pushing me to take on impactful projects, move abroad to the UK, and network with tech leads. I’m still figuring out my path, but I love sharing new ideas and insights every week as I go through my journey.
