Creating a learning plan is a big one for me. We often learn in a random way with no structure or direction.
That has always been my recipe to success, too.
Instead of complaining about the status quo, become the driver of change. We can do so much more than simply exexuting tasks. Regardless of title.
I have always tried to contribute to a positice work culture by being a role model. It earned me several promotions.
